It picks any type of packed or packaged product directly from the pallet. With fully autonomous cycles, it cuts the product perfectly without generating any plastic waste.

It detaches the plastic packaging from the product and sends them to two clearly separated areas, in order to maximise product cleanness and rule out contamination.

It ensures constant production without contaminating the processed products.

The system ensures maximum safety for the operator, who is not required to use any blades or knives, nor to constantly handle heavy product batches.

Once it has been properly positioned, the packed product is cut on three sides, while its film or wrapping material is removed.

The wrapping is discharged in a dedicated collection area without leaving any plastic residue, thus leaving the product in its position, undamaged and perfectly clean.
